Very respectful staff, and very helping, there's a restaurant that is annexed to the hotel and the food is very delicious and cost friendly. The train station is only a 1min walk away with convinience stores on the opposite side of the street, very convient location and easy to travel to, would definitely stay there again.

Unlike some of the hotels I stayed in, this hotel puts a mattress topper on the bed. Also they have sliding shutters on the window so you can block out the light for a Nanna nap. Also great location for trains to Tokyo or Shibuya - plus food and shopping.

I like everything at the hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly, the cleaning staff does great work, the hotel is very convenient with the washer, the amenities, Jonathan's, near Shinkoiwa station, great restaurants and shopping around.
