This is a very conveniently located hotel in the quieter part of Shinjuku. There are several restaurants and mini-marts in the adjacent Washington Hotel, and there is laundry service. It's walking distance to restaurants, shopping, trains, and a park. The rooms for 1-2 people are quite small, but we didn't mind. The rooms may be problematic for people who need an accessible bathroom as, at least the one we had, has a step up into the bathroom. Overall, this was the ideal hotel for our trip. Highly recommended!

Nice and friendly staff. The breakfast wasn’t my thing. It’s good food but not what I’d choose for breakfast. In the reception they have a lot of things available in case you forget toiletries which was a nice touch. They don’t clean the room apart from every three days.
