great hotel to stay at, with a stop for the limousine bus from the airport right outside the front doors! breakfast was a little pricey, but the food made it totally worth it. lots of great food options downstairs in the mall, and then within a 5 minute walk of the hotel as well.

Checkin was such an easy process with a self guided screen that you could choose your language. Although there was a lovely woman there helping guide you as well. They had lovely amenities to choose from. The bed was a little on the harder side… but still slept great. The pillows were perfect. It was a small room but had everything I needed. And the limousine bus service from Narita airport (which only cost $24!) drops off right at the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again! Breakfast is a fascinating affair as well! I would definitely recommend booking with the breakfast option!

The front desk had excellent English speakers and were so helpful. The room I had was extremely small, but I knew that when I booked. The location was convenient with many shops and restaurants in the basement of the hotel and a short walk to Shinjuku station

The location was good - close to the center of shinjuku but far enough to avoid the noise. The staffs were very helpful and the laundry facilities were well organized. The rooms are ok sized for Japanese standards.

The hotel was very close to Shinjuku Station, which was perfect for travel around the nearby regions. Clean rooms with lots of amenities, plus extra pillows if needed. Rooms were small so a bit tight for 2 people with large suitcases, but not a problem as we spent most of our time exploring. Would stay here again next time!

Clean rooms, lovely property, so many great extra amenities, staff were so kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect- so close to shops, restaurants, and access to the trains. We will definitely be back.
