Staff was very courteous. Location was amazing, close to Shinjuku station, local metro, shopping, and eating. There is so much to explore around the area. We are able to spend the day at other areas of Tokyo and return to the hotel to rest. All you have to do is go downstairs and is only a block away from Kabukicho street with all the buzz and restaurants. If you want a quieter dinner, they have an underground mall right next door with lots of restaurants.

This is a beautiful hotel with a great lounge that had a fabulous array of snacks and drinks. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. We could it use the pool because we have tattoos so that was disappointing and will, sadly, prevent us from staying here again.

Excellent stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and our room had a beautiful view. The biggest highlight is the unbeatable location—right in the heart of Shinjuku. The train station is just steps away, with McDonald’s, convenience stores, countless restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all around. Omoide Yokocho (Memory Lane), Kabukicho, Don Quijote, and major department stores are all within a short walk. It made exploring Tokyo incredibly easy. I would definitely stay here again.
