I’ve stayed here before and I find the staff to be very customer-service oriented. I love that the airport limousine drops you directly to the hotel and the fact that the hotel itself is connected to all transport lines, restaurants and shopping galore. Overlooking the scramble is a sight to see. I was able to book additional nights and extend my stay with little hassle and lots of effort by staff/concierge. Thank you, I will visit again and make this play my go-to stay!

Hotel is in good location, in the middle of everything. It was a little bit busy area because it was next to Shibuya station. The room is a little bit dated with old carpets and the bed was a little bit hard.

The overall hotel was very good, rooms clean avd spacious (for Tokyo) the staff were friendly & helpful. It was disappointing that the bar and restaurant were closed our entire stay and we weren’t told in advance, even though we had contacted several times, I had booked hotel for these as we were planning on using these on long days to save having to go out.
