The atmosphere is friendly and caring, sweet people who are always willing to help you. Manager too busy… not very approachable… rest of staff are the best in customer service, no matter the looks or attitude. Very charming place to stay at! Here’s a polished version of your hotel review: --- Amazing hotel with exceptionally friendly and kind staff. The location is very convenient, close to the train station and popular attractions, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, everything was great during my stay. The only downside was the laundry dryer, which didn’t fully dry clothes, so I had to find a nearby laundromat instead. The hotel also has its own restaurant offering a wide variety of dishes, catering to both Asian and Western tastes, which is a big plus for guests with different preferences. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back in the future.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. Vwry well connected: Around 20 mins from Haneda airport and 5 minutes walk from underground. Beautiful common spaces like the lobby andthe library. Delicious buffet breakfast with a good variety of options for breakfast. Staff was incredibily welcoming and helpful: we checked in an hour earlier than expected as we were extremely tired and jet lagged and staff mamaged to offer us a room right away. Check out was superfast and as we were leaving at 4am the hotel staff arranged a taxi for us to takeus back to airport. Honestly I would definitely go back to same hotel. For reference we were travelling with our 8 year old boy and thw room was nice and spacious for the 3of us and he enjoyed very much the staying too :)

This hotel is one of the best places you could stay at in Tokyo! The rooms are much larger than most but the bathroom is slight small but nothing too bad, the bed is a king and it’s very comfortable, it’s not super squishy or hard it’s very comfortable after a long day of roaming Tokyo! It is close to many convenience stores but do note that you can only eat it in your room. The breakfast is very meh, I wouldn’t pay for it during your whole time as I’ve said many places around that are great. The staff are so friendly and helpful and have perfect English to help you out with. The room does have A/C which was a big plus! I wouldn’t pay for sure stay here again!
