We stayed at the Sheraton grande Tokyo bay for the last leg of our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, well kept and nice. The location along the monorail line was great as well as a stop for the limousine bus back to the airport. The buffet breakfast was a hit with us! I recommend this hotel! Great place to stay as a family. Many great food options, proximity to Disney and Maihama Station to go all over Tokyo. Staff was amazing and very helpful learning to naavigate the area.

We loved this hotel, the staff is super nice and helpful. We were walking distance to the Disney tram. The view of the park was great, we even saw the fireworks from our balcony. The room was spacious and well kept, I will definitely stay here again.

We were greeted with friendly staff from the moment we got off the airport shuttle. The hotel is incredible, the room was spacious and clean with a great view of the bay. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of food to ensure you can find something delicious to eat. Transportation from the hotel to Maihama station gives you access to just about anywhere you want to go and the Disney monorail gives you quick access to the parks. My family and had a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to come back!

The room was spacious and the grand buffet was was great we had it most mornings. The have good pools and games and other fun things for kids like the flight simulator. Very close to Disney. Recommend the welcome Suica card for the travel on the monorail and trains around Tokyo and for vending machines. Everyone had a great time here and kids loved everything. Beautiful views too.

The property as a whole especially the location is great. But the rooms need a little bit of renovation. The location is very nice and just 3-5 minutes walk to Tokyo Bay station that will bring you to the entrance of the Disney resort, ikspiari mall and maihama station. We had a great stay. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool. If I have to go back to Disney Tokyo, I will stay there again.
