Lots of foreigners on site, it’s us tourist that makes it an unpleasant experience for everyone else, tourists are loud, entitled, and not following rules of the property, staff are very helpful, patient and very tolerant of their guests, they do a very good job of keeping all guests happy

We stayed at the Sheraton grande Tokyo bay for the last leg of our trip. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful, well kept and nice. The location along the monorail line was great as well as a stop for the limousine bus back to the airport. The buffet breakfast was a hit with us! I recommend this hotel! I stayed there with my 3 adult children.

A perfect spot for a family outside Disney's. The property is very family-friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. We especially loved the breakfast spread each morning—plenty of variety and everything was fresh. We’ll definitely be back!"
