It is 1 hour train ride from Tokyo station, other than that it is great place for affordable price, we stayed as family, kitchen laundry and other amenities were excellent, very clean, walkable to train station

Communication with the host before and after checking in was good. During our 7 days’ stay, we requested for ONE extra pillow but to no avail, and the complementary coffee was NEVER AVAILABLE because the machine was that maintained - waste water catchment was forever full and coffee ground not disposed. Do no chance of having their free coffee.

Very clean room, and lots of items were included in our package including vacuum cleaner, iron, plates and utensils, rice cooker, cooking pans, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They even include the trash liners and replaceable filter for the kitchen sink drain. We didn't need to buy these at all, which was very helpful. It is very close to the train station, 7-11 store, grocery store, and clinic and many other places. It is also very quiet in the area, which is a big plus.

子どもがとても過ごしやすいとお気に入りでした。 清潔さも、部屋の備品も今まで宿泊した中で1番良い施設でした！ 駅からの距離もちょうどよく、大型の乾燥のみのコインランドリーが隣にあるので、汗をかいた洗濯物も時間をかけずに毎日洗濯&乾燥できて、夏場にとてもありがたかったです。 羽田空港に近いのも、便利でした。 また泊まりたいです。

おすすめの施設です。建物は新しく、室内も清潔でした。必要な家電製品は全て揃っています。カトラリーや調味料もありました。普通に住めるレベルです。現地タブレットでのチェックイン作業は時間がかかるため、事前チェックインを強くおすすめします。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。
