The desk staff were really friendly the check-in really quick, free coffee in the lobby abd beautiful/clean room with everything you need. We stayed for 10 nights and had a great stay. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and although the room was a bit smaller than I expected, it had everything we needed. The washing machine/dryer combo was amazing. Having the subway within a 2 minute walk was so helpful and it was an easy walk along the river up to the Sensoji/Asakusa area. Will happily stay here again on our next visit to Tokyo!
