I loved my stay there. Everything was exactly like the pictures on their site. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the place, how spacious it was, all the amenities, the free drinks in the lobby, the friendly staff and the Thursday night social. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Great hotel to stay at for visiting Tokyo. Situated in a very good, quiet but convenient location. The hotel is very smartly managed and pays attention to the requirements of guests. All of the reception staff were lovely and extremely helpful. We would not hesitate staying here again. Well done Section L.

The hotel is one of their newest! The theme is great and the staff are amazing! Emily and Ain made for a great stay and helped us grab taxis, gave us food suggestions and were overall delightful! It was nice having laundry and staff their 24/7 for help! My husband loved the free coffee in the lobby! The price was great and affordable and would 100% stay there again! There is a reason they are up for the great hotel award in Japan!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The lobby had a fun, unique vibe with video games and snacks/drinks available, which we loved. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was also perfect—there were at least two train stations nearby and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again if I’m back! :)

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The room was much bigger than most hotels we’ve stayed in and felt more like an apartelle or serviced apartment. Everything was clean, spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke English well, which made communication very easy. The location was also excellent—close to restaurants, shopping areas, and other attractions, making it convenient to get around. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness and quality of the property because it made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and look forward to coming back in the future.

Rooms were super clean and spacious. Staff were super friendly, professional, and courteous. We didn't have extra bedding for the small bed in the living room area, but the even staff was able to set it up super quick. This was my second stay in Akihabara, and while it wasn't as close to the station as my first visit (literally right next to the station), it was only a few minute walk. The in-room washer/dryer was a blessing! I will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was clean and a great size, with all the amenities you would need such as washer / dryer, hair dryer, iron, microwave, hob, kettle, fridge / freezer, and air con (which was definitely needed for the heat). It's relatively spacious for Tokyo standards with a separate living / dining area and bedroom. It was a great base for us to explore Tokyo from, particularly if you're staying for more than a couple of days. The staff were lovely, warm, welcoming, and happy to help with anything at all. The check-in process was smooth, as we had already checked-in online, and everything was communicated clearly before arrival. All of the staff are bi-lingual too. Towels were available to be changed at reception (up to twice per week), and the shower already has soap, shampoo, etc. Whilst the apartment was very clean, the only downside was that housekeeping is not available unless an extra fee was paid (can't remember how much now). Considering we stayed for two weeks, it might have been nice to get at least one housekeeping visit, but the necessary cleaning items are provided for you to do it yourself. The price I think is pretty reasonable for the size of the apartment and how well equipped it is, I'd definitely recommend it for those on longer trips.

My room was excellent, and was set up like a Japanese apartment, and was bright and clean. It had an in-unit washer/dryer combo, a couch, separate seating and sleeping area, and a nice table. It also has a full kitchen that was well equipped, with utensils, cutting boards, pots, pans, a rice cooker, kettle, microwave, toaster, and fridge. It also has a balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, even when I accidentally turned off the hot water (Pro tip: there's a hot water control panel, don't turn it off). They speak fluent English (some are native speakers). The lobby is fun and anime/video-game themed (fits in well with Akihabara). They have a happy hour for guests on Thursdays, not to mention a super famicom if you feel like knocking out a few levels in between your own adventures. The location is great, right in the middle of Akihabara, just a minute or two from Suehiro-cho station, and a few blocks from Akihabara station with access to major Tokyo train lines that can easily get you anywhere in the city. There's a ton of shopping, plenty of restaurants, and a grocery store right near the hotel. And, even though it's fairly close to those major train lines, the inside of the room is very quiet. The hotel was fully booked while I was there and I heard no noise from any of the other guests either. I stayed for 4 nights, and would have been happy staying for a lot longer.

This was perfect for us, mother/son duo, 55/20 years old. My son stayed in the room with the sliding door, and I stayed on the couch in the living room couch/bed. The apartment is small but completely perfect for us for six nights in Tokyo. It's close to the Akihabara train station which connects easily to other areas. Every detail was considered. There are utensils, plates and cups, a cutting board, a rolled up drying rack under the sink, scissors dishwashing liquid and sponge. Also a hot water kettle which was great, because I drink hot water everyday. There was laundry liquid on top of the washer and dryer combo. The combo shower and sitting bathtub has controls where you can heat the room up and also dry it out. We happened to have an earthquake here in Tokyo on our last night, around 2:00 a.m. in the morning. It was pretty strong! It was a little scary, but I was also reassured knowing that this was a newer building, so it must have been built to sway in case of earthquakes, and I was right. Everything was fine after the earthquake stopped. I am so happy that we stayed here our first time in Tokyo. I had originally booked a different hotel in a different area of Tokyo, but switched to this hotel last minute, and I could not be happier. When we come back we will definitely stay here again. The staff is super helpful and everyone speaks English, so for us it was smooth and perfect. Thank you Station L! We had a perfect time here!

Section L Akihabara was one of the best places we stayed at in Tokyo! The room was large for Tokyo standards. We had a kitchenette, laundry and an entryway where you can store coats and luggage. They also have snacks and happy hour for the guests. The location is phenomenal. It’s on a quiet street but very close to 4 subway lines. It’s a 2 minute walk to the Ginza line which can practically take you anywhere. I love this hotel and on my next visit to Tokyo I will stay here again!

A great location for exploring Tokyo with excellent connections across the city. The road in Akihabara is busy and lively but the hotel is tucked away on a quiet back road a minute or two from the action. There are convenience stores nearby, as well as lots of restaurant choices. The area felt safe at all times. The room itself is perfect for longer stays, with plenty of space, laundry facilities and a kitchen. Staff are friendly and ready to help with anything you need. Recommended.

Perfect location for Akihabara. Very close to a metro station on Ginza line with easy access to Asakusa, Ueno and Shibuya. Less than 10minutes walk to Akihabara Station. English speaking staff who were very friendly and helpful. The apartment-room (studio) was immaculately clean with all you could need including a washer-dryer and a kitchen. There was a supermarket/grocery store a block away so easy to get food to cook. Perfect for families. This was the ideal base for our first visit to Tokyo with two adults and a teenager.

Employees are very nice. There is no language barrier. They are very helpful. There is a lot of space in the room. The room is clean, new and comfortable with a lot of space to walk around and to open many suitcases. There are free drinks and snacks in the lobby. There are also free board games, comic books to borrow and even free Nitendo to play in the lobby. The location of the hotel is super convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby.
