First time visitor to Tokyo Japan. The Shibuya location of this hotel was perfect for us. All of the staff at the hotel are extremely helpful, and spoke English too. The hotel has lots of amenities so visit each meister. It was easy to get to and from the train station with our luggage. There are restaurants and coffee shops right outside the hotel. The crossing and shopping is convenient walk. I recommend especially for first time visitors because of the great location.
