いびきがうるさい人いたら絶対寝れない。時間短縮を願って利用しましたが、上のベッドからガサガサかちゃかちゃ音が聞こえて、しばらく眠りを妨げられた。 カプセルベッド同士の間に隙間がなく、上のベッドの音が直接来る。

チェックインの連絡が入らず、急遽電話で対応して貰ったが、現場にはスタッフが居らず、10分ほど待つことになる。 ベットのフレームにキズや凹みがあり、建物の内装には問題あり、シャワールームはあるものの、カギは機能しておらず、セキュリティはガバガバ。 これなら、ネカフェの方が良いレベル。 ここは、ホテルではないです。

今回、息子用に予約しました。他のセルフチェックインホテルでは、事前連絡があるのに、ここはなし。前日にチェックイン方法の問合せをしても返答なし。当日、息子が訪問したら、案の定、セルフチェックインで、入館できず、困ってました。もう少し、運営方法について、利用者目線で改善される事をお勧めします。

部屋(床)が汚い。土足の後やほこり、汚れが普通にある。浴室も濡れている。バスタオル汚れ、茶色い色がついていたりボロボロの使っている。 入室の際に玄関扉のパスワードがなく電話した。 スタッフの電話対応は良い。

客室は清潔でした。滞在中の掃除や、リネンの取り換えはありませんでした。 常駐スタッフがいないので、入室の仕方（チェックイン）が、分かりづらく、管理会社に電話で聞きました。 同様に、チェックイン方法が不明な方が、何人もいた様です。バスルームが１室しかないので、朝や、夕方の混雑時は待ち時間が発生します。
