The rug in the living room was so dirty. The table provided was too small which was not suitable for 6ppl for dining. The cookware were so dirty as well. There was a tiny cockroach in the room that I stayed which located at the ground floor!

Overall, I would recommend this place for the price, but I did not have the best experience that I could/should. My biggest issue was the door. I was locked out for 3 hours my first day. The host was not very responsive - though apologetic - did nothing to accommodate me. It was further frustrating because there was a physical key that the host could have given me access to as soon as I told them that I was have issues with the security lock. Hotels.com contacted the host for me and could not reach them. While the host gives lots of lists of rules to follow while staying, they did not seem to hold themselves to same standard when the lock was not working. And honestly, it was likely just a low battery. That made it worse. They did not offer a partial refund for my inconvenience. Also, it is not in the most convenient location. So if you are traveling with a lot of luggage or have mobility issues, I would not recommend it. Otherwise it was clean, well-maintained (outside of the door lock), good space for the price paid and good amenities.

家の中は綺麗に掃除され 子供達も楽しんでいました。 200ｍ以内に無料駐車場と書いてあったのですが場所が分からず連絡したが繋がらず、、、。 近くのコインパークが 24時間以内1000円と安くあったのでそこに 止めて宿に泊まりました。 早めに問い合わせればよかったのですが 詳しく書いてくれるとありがたかったです。
