Probably the cleanest and nicest hostel you will ever find. The staff speak English. And it is cheap! Right across the street from the main Asakusa tourist area (Senso-ji), and very near two metro stops (Asakusa St., Tawaramachi St.) to connect to the rest of Tokyo. I want to and will stay here again. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The staff was so nice and very helpful. I felt like I was in good hands as soon as I walked in the door. Clean, every day they took out trash, and they left a new bag with clean towels, slippers, toothbrush/toothpaste by my door. Felt safe on the women’s only floor and great quiet neighborhood with a busy area w restaurants not far away that included a 711!

Everything about the place was nice. Super comfortable, nice and modern, very kind staff. It's close to the Skytree and the metro station is only like a 7 minute wa Asakusa is more like the old tokyo, with lots of restaurants nearby, don quijote if you wanna buy souvenirs, etc.

Great value for the money! Our room was upgraded and super clean and included access to unlimited coffee, tea, & toiletry supplies. Friendly staff and check in was a breeze. Love the central location that’s walkable to many stores, restaurants, & temples. The buffet breakfast and evening dessert was a bonus.

Definitely the nicest capsule hotel I've ever stayed at. Having space under the bed to store belongings was a huge bonus (rather than having to store them in a locker in another room). The place was clean, modern, secure, and the front desk staff were fabulous and super friendly and helpful... we'll definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing elevated hostel expirience for a solo traveller! My only gripe is the company should try to enforce/communicate the correct etiquette to the guests. Frequently, guests would leave their trash, bathtowels, used tooth paste and bathroom toilet in a mess. The staff work double hard to keep the bathrooms and common areas maintained and some notice or terms of service should be acknowledged by all guests so everyone has a good time. To the more considerate guests aswell as the staff, this is not fare. This an amazing establishment and staff, and I wish the awesome expirience to be something everyone can have as a hostel expirience.

Neet quite a lot of walk from the station but nice to near the temple. For a capsule hotel, the room is quite spacious and comfortabe. Love the there is enough room to store my luggage under my bed. Clean common area and nive to have free coffee.

Very nice for the price. The price is quite good for what you get, and I would strongly recommend coming here if you are looking for something a bit nicer than a capsule hotel. Each "room" technically has 10 beds/people but the sound proofing for each "capsule" (not really a capsule because it extends all the way to the ceiling) is quite good and you can't really notice it. The beds themselves are relatively comfortable and there is decent space underneath them to store you stuff. Bathrooms were relatively clean, though of course if many people stay and you take a shower after everyone else it is not as clean. Staff were very friendly and professional. The shared living space was also pretty nice. Location is good since it is right next to a Don Quijote, and the closest station I used the most was less than 10 minutes away by walking.

Excellent place to stay at. The reception team was simply the best!! Super helpful and always with a smile on their face. Cleanness was excellent as well. My room had 6 beds in it and was very quiet pretty much always. The coffee/chocolate/matcha machine is always available at the guest's wish, which is great. The only improvement I would suggest is making the common area a bit more comfortable, as the seating were not the best, especially for working on the laptop. Adding a couch or a soft chair would be game changer. I definitely would go back. Thanks to all of the team members working there
