Love staying at Remm hotel in Kyobashi! The location is perfect as it’s near the Ginza line as well as Tokyo Station. Also really close to the shopping district of Ginza. Loved how helpful the staff were with getting our luggage’s shipped and answering any of our questions!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was small as anticipated but it fit our 2 large suitcases and extra shopping bags happily. The hotel is easy to navigate and the AC was the best thing after a long hot day. Check in and out was easy too.

Staff are exceptional and always there to help in any way. The service is better than many 5 star hotels and the staff really made this hotel a great place to stay. It has a great laundry and it was easy to use - you can monitor the progress of your laundry from your room! The location is lovely with lots of shops and restaurants, and it’s within walking distance to Tokyo Station. It is in a very safe area and perfect for solo travel. I will definitely stay there again.

Convenient to Tokyo Station. 2 blocks away from South exit. Small room that works for solo traveler. Ok for a night or 2 for couple. But you won’t have room to open up large luggage. But well appointed rooms and you can’t beat the location.

Great location as the subway was immediately outside the hotel and once I realised that the hotel was on the Ginza line G10 it was really easy to explore the city. The 7/11 is next door but one and our room was on the 11 floor and amazingly quiet. I'd definitely stay here again

The location was good, away from the busy turistic places but close to Tokyo station (10 min walk). The rooms are small but the beds and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is basic but not expensive. The staff is nice and helpful. We will stay here again.
