Great location as the subway was immediately outside the hotel and once I realised that the hotel was on the Ginza line G10 it was really easy to explore the city. The 7/11 is next door but one and our room was on the 11 floor and amazingly quiet. I'd definitely stay here again

Ideal location, like the top end of Collins St (if you're a fellow Melbournian). Close to all required amenities needed on vacation. Very polite and attentive staff, combined two bookings into one without any dramas (when I extended my stay via Expedia) Breakfast buffet is good value, especially if you're departing on a long Shinkansen trip.

Everything about the properly is excellent. The location is excellent (quite yet nearby busy Ginza and Tokyo Station), all members of staff we interacted with were excellent, all the amenities were excellent. The AC worked perfectly, the massage chair seemed dumb at first but we soon loved it, everything about the bathroom was perfect. The only "issue" was how small the rooms, but they designed them very thoughtfully so we never felt cramped while staying there and we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again next time I am in Tokyo.

This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to the fabulous Ginza shopping district, JR station and a subway right in front that you can take to other areas of Tokyo. Our experience of the stay was excellent. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The amenities were great and the room was clean and comfortable. The service quality was high. The location was very good for us. Quick walk from Tokyo station and local train station right in front and we almost always found a cab waiting right in front. Many good restaurants around. Only negative, our in the room massage chair had a broken foot portion. However it was a dealbreaker for us.
