The hotel was comfortable and clean. Location was great and right in front of ginza subway line and near the tokyo station. I really appreciated the self service laudry machines they had, came in handy after traveling for a bit.

The hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly. They were vending machines full of everything.. the area has tons of shops and plenty of places to get food don’t skip 7-11 there’s one next door The only problem was a smallness of the room and lack of any dresser or storage space.

Great hotel that was clean and had super helpful staff. It is right at the door of the Kyobashi metro station (exit6) which was extremely convenient and a ten minute walk to Tokyo station for more access (JR lines, Shinkansen, etc). Hotel was quiet, room was decently sized, individual temp control. We stayed in a double room that had a queen bed which was perfect for us. Nice bonus, the room had a massage chair. Staff assisted with luggage forwarding. Would definitely stay here again.

It is located right next to a 7-Eleven for quick snacks and essentials, and the entrance to the Ginza station across the way makes getting around super convenient. ​In-Room Comforts: Having a private massage chair right in the room was an absolute game-changer for soothing tired legs and feet after a long day of walking. ​Spotless & Welcoming: The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire stay.

Nice and clean. Liked the various options of doormagnets showing the level of cleaning desired. Some days we wanted no entry to our room, just clean towels. There was a door magnet for that and they hung a bag on outer door knob forthem
