Someone else who had left a review here took the airport limousine bus. It lets you off at The Imperial Hotel around the corner. After hours of flying I did this too and it was perfect. I loved the location. And the massage chair. And the bed and memory foam pillows. Jet lagged but so comfortable.

Perfect location in Ginza and yurakucho area. Easy access to Tsukiji just 2 stops away, yurakucho station just less than 200m away. Highly recommended hotel stay if want to be around Ginza area.

A tiny but still comfortable room. If you have a large suitcase you may struggle with where to put it. The massage chair was awesome, even if it was a little small. I love staying in the Ginza area and would stay here again

It's in a very good and safe location with easy access to metro and JR stations. Reasonable price considering its location next to Ginza. Room was small which was expected and mentioned in the booking site, however the only trouble I found was unable to fully open my suitcase in the room. Another plus for this hotel was that they were happy to hold my online orders before checked in.

Liked the most during all my business trips to JAP

This was the hotel I liked the most during all my business trips to Japan. I usually visit Japan for business. It’s not that the other hotels I’ve stayed at before were bad, but this hotel stood out as my favorite. I arrived at the hotel before check-in time, but the staff kindly checked my reservation in advance. After spending some time exploring the area and having coffee, I returned to find the same staff member ready to help me check in, and I was given a nice room. Although Japanese hotels are often considered small, I didn’t feel that this room was cramped at all. The room was clean, and any additional amenities I needed were available in the lobby. There was also a massage chair in the room, which I didn’t use, but I appreciated the thoughtful touch. There was a chair in the shower, which I think would be great for elderly guests. One minor downside was that there was no mirror in the shower, so it was a bit inconvenient to wash up all at once. Breakfast was included, so I could enjoy my meal in the lobby area in the morning. I liked that both American & Japanese breakfast options were available. Since the hotel is close to train and subway lines, it can be a bit noisy at times. However, watching the trains go by from below made up for the noise. There were izakayas, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby, which made my stay very convenient. Generous check-out times and quick check-in are definite advantages of this hotel. I would love to stay here again.

I stayed for 9 nights as a solo traveler. I’m so happy I stayed at Remm Hibiya! Excellent location! Walking distance from Imperial Palace, Ginza, and Tokyo Station. Also, close proximity to Tsukiji! Will stay at Remm Hibiya again! Though I wish they had washing machines but still an excellent choice for accommodation.
