It’s location next to the Akihabara station makes it very convenient. All things needed in the room are all available. Amenities are great. We had such a pleasant stay. We will stay here again.

We really like that there is a safe in the room to store our important stuff like computers. The room is small but really clean. Breakfast food needs improvement to appeal to non-Japanese guests. Location is good as near restaurants and train station. Staff are really trying their best to be of service but language barrier caused some difficulty. Overall, our stay was great! Will stay again!

Our room was comfy, kept clean, had fresh linen daily, with complementary amenities, bottled water, coffee and tea each day of our stay. The room was spacious enough. The location was close to everything - convenient stores, shopping, dining and the train stations. The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. Great room, including a nice view on the 16th floor, clean bathroom and massage chair in the corner for some reason! The air conditioning is integrated and quiet, they provide a mobile charger and TV with lots of different optioms built in.
