フロントが最悪だった。 研修中だったか知らないけどカウンター前に客が来て待ってるのに声掛けも何もない。 チェックイン後フロントの前を通った際もスタッフがいたのに何も声かけがない。接客が悪いホテルの典型的なパターン。接客したくないならその職業するなよ
