Great location with easy access to Ginza and train stations. Stayed in a Hollywood twin room which was very small as was the bathroom. Beds were very firm as were the pillows. The bathroom was well stocked and shower great. Busy location but the hotel was quiet. The cafe attached to the hotel is excellent. Overall we enjoyed the stay, just not the beds and pillows.
