Staff were really friendly! Laundry was available. Family Mart is about a 3-5 minute walk. There’s a shutttle to Disneyland and Disneysea. Neither are walking distance of the property. Highly recommend! I would stay here again in the future.

Very clean and neat. Great service from the desk. Close to Disney Land. Only shortcoming is thath there is almost no shops or restaurants or bars nearby the hotel. And its a bit far fron the subway so u should take uber to reach there. Thank you for the kind service fromt he desk. And there is a Korean staff who helped us greatly. Willing to stay again for Disney resort visiting.

ホテルの綺麗な状態やスタッフの対応は非常に良かったです！スタッフは外国の方が多かったですが、日本語も上手で何より一生懸命さが非常に伝わり、感心しきりでした。大浴場も綺麗でゆっくりとくつろぐ事ができて良かったです！ ただ、残念だったことは室内の空調（エアコン・換気扇）の音がけっこう大きく、妻や子供は夜に何度か起きてしまったそうです。私はうるさい環境でも寝れるタイプなので気になりませんでしたが、音に敏感な方は安まらないかもしれません。それ以外は快適でリーズナブルなホテルだと思います。ディズニーにも近くオススメの立地です！

Such a great experience. The view of the Disney hotel was magnificent. I love how the staff treated me with such respect and care. Top tier service with tons of patience for someone non Japanese speaking. I truly appreciate the service and hotel for what it offered. Need to book here again.
