This hotel is quite unique, with many artworks in the corridors, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. It is near several convenience stores and the subway station. It's also very close to Ginza and several sightseeing places, easily accessible by taxi or on foot.

This place was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the view, especially on the Tokyo Tower side of the hotel, is unbeatable. There’s also a Family Mart in the basement of the hotel building, and it is connected to Shiodome station, which makes transit a breeze. I will absolutely stay here again on a future trip

The location is great. There is Family Mart down stairs so you do not even have to leave the building. It is in B2F. And this area, B2F, leads you to the Oedo line. I liked that the hotel was on the top half of the building because you get a good view of the city at night. We got the Tokyo Tower view. It was great! I loved watching the trains go by. I also liked that the hotel is an art museum. The only bad thing is that it only had two working washer and dryers.

Beautiful hotel with amazing views. Located in a safe area about 8 minutes in taxi from Tokyo station. There is a train station right across the property which is very convenient if you don’t want to be taking a taxi everywhere. The hotel staff and concierge are one of the best I have ever seen; they made our stay extremely comfortable and treated us like royalty. We will stay here again next time we visit Tokyo.

The access to shinbashi train station made the hotel an excellent base to be able to access various parts of tokyo via direct metro connections. Hotel overall was clean, rooms were nice and staff was very helpful. If you are light sleeper then know that you do get noise of the train in the room. Access to train station which is the biggest plus is also the negative. Although area around the hotel feels quiet and business district but you are short walk away from Ginza and shinbashi.

The Park hotel is well located above the Shiodome station and also accessible from the Shimbashi station which is fairly easy to locate using the directions provided by the hotel and following the signs within the stations. The rooms were clean and spacious but with the hotel being located above the station the noise from the trains is very audible from our room on the 28th floor. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the Ginza area with plenty of shops and dining options.
