The price of this accomodation plus it's location is 5 stars automatically. The rooms are decent, has everything you need. Our only negatives were the bathrooms a bit dirty and the showers for men and women on opposite floors.

The overall area of the property is a nice part of Sumida City which is only a 10min walk from the Skytree as well as the nearest bus or train station for convenience. It is surrounded by many local grocery stands and nice restaurants to frequent. The room provided all necessary amenities in order to enjoy a comfortable stay.

This is located in a safe/nice area however my main complaint is the air conditioning. It was very hot in the hotel room and unfortunately you cannot adjust the temperature for the rooms. I went during end of May so it’s very humid.
