Stayed in the twin tower and the room was spacious for a Tokyo hotel room. The room was clean and everything in the room worked accordingly. The part that impressed me was how helpful the staff was. I needed to receive a package at this hotel and the hotel staff went above and beyond by coordinating with me and the sender to ensure I get the package delivered. It truly made my stay. The neighborhood around the hotel is really nice and the hotel is across the street from the train station. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was great, lots of shops and restaurants near by. Room was small but well equipped. Some parts of the hotel like carpets near the lifts are tired and need replacing. Shower was on a timer which was annoying. Overall a great hotel for a night or two near the airport.

Staffs are too arrogant and would promise something but not understanding what they were talking about . Only reason why we keep coming back is the location . But numerous times, staffs do not deliver- especially the night manager who is super arrogant and would not help. We were got in to a situation where I asked for a manager on duty to hopefully rectify the wrong information that his staffs told us, but instead he made it worst by repeating “its final” and we can cancel the reservation and wait 30-60 days door a refund. It was too late to cancel and it’s not refundable since it happened on the day of. This incident is very rare as we’ve always encountered great service in Japan. I wish the manager would have been open to listen instead of talking to their guests with a closed mind.

Perfect location for anywhere. We stayed at Twin building for 12 days. 3 mins walk to Oimachi station which is superb especially for the rainy season. There are food markets and restaurants on the first and second floor easy to grab food if you don’t want to wait for the seats.
