The room was clean and the staff is polite and welcoming! They offer amenities in the lobby. The check in process was quick. They have a self check-in/check-out machine. However, they’ll assist you on how to use it. A majority of the hotels offer the luggage delivery service, which is amazing. You have to pay in cash. They’ll explain how to fill out the form etc. Some may even do it for you. They will all call the hotel you’re sending the luggage to confirm your reservation. Overall, great stay.

Amazing breakfast buffet! Small but clean rooms. Bathroom smells a bit musty and has a shower/bath. Do not use washing machines as they have mold and your clothes will come out with brown bits all over them and a horrible smell.

I have stayed here many times over the past 10 years and it is always clean with great service. I will stay again next time I’m in town. The new electronic check in process makes it easy for foreigners. The hotel is located in a very convenient place.

Very small room with uncomfortable bed and pillows. Not enough space to store 2 bags, empty them and move around. Great location 2 min from subway and some restaurants nearby. Short work to shinjuku. Hotel had friendly staff and house keeping came every other day but new towels daily. Wouldn’t stay again
