Biggest issue is that there is only one elevator and that makes it very difficult to get around the building. Lockers are on 2nd floor and residential is above. I have used almost 30 minutes waiting for elevators in an evening. To get personal items, to get to the lobby, to go shower, to sleep, it's poorly designed this place. I wished they allowed the stairs to be used. I don't recommend, but if you need to save money, it's alright. Washrooms sort of stink at times, could be cleaner. Staff are kind and nice. The air conditioning is way too strong, dries up my nasals and breathing. Way too aggressive and uncomfortable for sleeping.

I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, and I had a wonderful experience. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Hamamatsucho Station and the Chuo and Sobu lines. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find places to eat. I especially love the lounge area, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower both in the morning and at night. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially when I explained that I needed to keep my medication in a refrigerator. They kindly helped me, and I really appreciated their assistance. Although the staff may have some difficulty speaking English, they genuinely tried their best to communicate and help me with my needs. Their kindness and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. The only minor issue I had was that the power outlet in my capsule wasn’t working, so I had some difficulty charging my phone. However, it wasn’t a big deal because there were outlets in the lounge where I could charge my devices, so everything worked out fine. Overall, I loved my experience here. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers, and I would happily stay here again!

Really cool place. The pods are comfortable and kept clean. The showers are great, and there are enough sinks for everyone to get ready. Definitely wear flip-flops—I got athlete's foot there. It's not really something the hotel can completely prevent since so many people use the showers, kind of like at a gym. Other than that, I had a great stay.

Easily walkable from Hamamatsucho Station, and the location's ease of getting to the other stations on the Yamanote Line made it worth it to stay. There are also a good variety of restaurants to choose from that are very close.
