We have stayed at this hotel several times, specifically on the ZEN floor, which is a higher-end level that offers lounge service. We always enjoy the service and amenities in the lounge. Although this hotel is slightly older, it is conveniently located between Yotsuya Station and Akasaka-Mitsuke Station, making it easy to access various train lines. It's very convenient for traveling to major areas like Tokyo Station, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. We also really enjoy the breakfast buffet on the main floor. The hotel has many shops and restaurants, and there are many more within walking distance. We look forward to staying again when we return to Japan.

The "Executive Zen " section of the hotel is easily the best deal in Tokyo because the hotel as a whole has a great variety of facilities while the Exec Zen rooms offer deep luxury not fashionable bits and pieces

The property grounds beautiful. The staff in the hotel seemed a bit arrogant; and especially on the 11th floor concierge lounge. The furniture a bit dated but clean overall. House keeping wonderful. The breakfast in the buffet on the 40th floor needs a bit of attention to food and coffee machines. Staff manning the entry were not so pleasant.

Room and staff were terrific, location and view was perfect. We had access to four restaurants for breakfast… had any of them been good I would have given a Five Star rating. The breakfast was simply not too the standard of other five star hotels we’ve been all over the world. Hotel was wonderful.
