An Oasis of Calm in the middle of Tokyo. Situated in the relatively quiet Shimo-Tikazawa neighborhood, and on a pedestrianized street, the Mustard Hotel was a lovely relief after a day of facing Tokyo crowds. You can sit on the expansive terrace and watch locals walking their dogs, riding their bikes. The coffee bar, which provides the breakfast is great, and the bar, open in the evenings was also a laid-back treat. Rooms are not huge, but everything is very clean and modern, and the staff was more than helpful on several occasions during my stay. Excellent choice!
