Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, even though it was only for one night before flying home. Friendly staff at check in. We had a room on the Grand floor and it was lovely, especially the bathroom and extra amenities. Breakfast was really good, especially the coffee. Really liked the drinks and snacks in the evening. Location was okay, lots of construction nearby and not the closest to train/subway but not that far either.

The hotel is great. Very comfortable beds and pillows coming from US travelers who missed a softer mattress. The front desk was so helpful and spoke perfect English.
