By far one of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip. Access to the hotel from the subway was a definite plus. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and the view was amazing.

Great location and spacious rooms. Helpful staff and close to the station and shopping options. The rooms also come with an iron and ironing board. The hot springs public baths are also great. The view was also gorgeous of the bay. However, minor issues being the lobby being on the top floor and having to take multiple elevators, which can be bothersome on a tight schedule. And there isn't as much to do in the nearby areas as some other locations in Tokyo.

Loved this hotel. Staff and amenities were perfect for our one night before a cruise. Breakfast was fresh, but would have liked better western bread and egg options.Too much white, sweet bread.
