Our stay at the Mitsu garden hotel and Gontanda was exceptional!!! This hotel was very accommodating. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very kind. Having a spa in the hotel was amazing. The breakfast was also great. I would definitely book with this hotel again.

Good location. Nice room. Spotlessly clean. Great Onsen on the rooftop. Nice size room. Only annoying thing. We were 60 mins early for the 3pm check in. Seems now policy to give out rooms only for an extra fee. Staff clearly frustrated by the push backs from customers. Nobody was wasting money here
