Reserved a double occupancy room and the room was more than adequate. Not sure if all rooms are equipped with own washer/drier, but this was awesome! I believe each floor had irons and ironing boards available for use as well. Breakfast was also included for each day. Staff was attentive and responsive to all our our needs! Highly recommended.

The hotel might be consider not in central Ginza but that should not stop you from booking it. The hotel is well situated to get access across Ginza and main attractions. Everything is walkable in the area and would stay at this hotel based on the location and the fact it is not in the packed out Ginza section. The hotel staff went above and beyond, Shuri was fantastic and really made our stay even more enjoyable. Could not rave about this hotel even more considering the cleanliness , location and the price you pay. 5/5.
