Newly refurbished rooms and a central location. Staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet. Great central location right next to Tokyo Station - so perfect for Shinkansen trips as well as local JR lines and other train lines/metro. Spotless and the staff was very attentive. Can’t beat the location next to Tokyo station. In fact, you can get to all the train/metro options without stepping foot outside. It is conveniently connected below ground. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Tokyo.
