Room was a little cramped in the bathroom, but that’s really the full extent of any issues I had with this hotel. Clean and well maintained room with amenities. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The lobby and atrium area are quite impressive. Excellent location. I would 100% recommend this hotel especially if you need to travel out of Tokyo station.

Beautiful hotel, clean, comfortable room and bed, great amenities provided. Hotel is located few steps to Tokyo station, very convenient for day trips to another city. Our room facing the train tracks, which was noisier than anticipated. Breakfast you can choose western buffet or Japanese set menu. It was a little pricey. Exceptional staff all levels. Especially the front desk team made us feel very welcome.

Great breakfast options, the rooms were cleaned well daily but the carpets were in need for cleaning as there was makeup from previous guests on the carpet. This stained our white sock and shoe liners. Location is excellent and well connected to trains and buses. Charged 1500 yen to print out 4 pages of my flight itinerary as My flights were changed.( The price to buy 1500 blank A4 papers) But this hotel is nice and comfortable.

Good size room for Tokyo. Great location- lots of train stations within 2-5min walk meant we had direct train lines to everything. Great bathroom amenities. Clean room, comfortable bed. You can hear trains a little from Tokyo station if your room is on that side but it's not bad that it bothers you at all. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend it. Safe and clean area/location around hotel.

The Marunouchi Hotel is a beautiful hotel right next to the busy Tokyo Station, so it is extremely convenient for travelers. It has restaurants within walking distance, as well as the beautiful Imperial Gardens. From desk staff are polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious.
