The hotel room was small but very nice. It’s close to everything, both Shinjuku and Shibuya, and near the train station. The bed sheets didn’t look very clean, but I still loved the hotel anyway. I also loved the service and received replies very quickly. I recommend it ❤️

I've given a 5 star because it's a very quiet suburban feeling location. The room is small but we'll appointed. Close to restaurants, groceries, trains and walking distance to many main attractions. I one caveat I would put on the property is the stairs are steep, be aware. Also the pin on the Expedia map is in the wrong place.

This place is not suitable for more than 1 person. If you have any luggage with you, you'll have to become an acrobat if you want to open your luggage. The AC unit was not working, luckily the weather outside was not too bad and we were able to leave the window open for some ventilation.
