Property is located close to local station/s making getting around super convenient. There are plenty of local small places to eat with good quality food and a small grocery store across the road. Room was great for a 7 day stay with plenty of room and the convenience of a washer/dryer and small kitchenette.

The room was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. The kitchenette was convenient and we liked having the fridge and microwave. The area was pretty quiet at night but there were places to eat nearby plus a Lawson’s right on the corner and a 7-11 nearby that we frequented for snacks, coffee & breakfast. The subway station was close by too.

This hotel was perfect for us, In good neighborhood with local restaurants, family mart right across the street. The staff at front desk were great. They were very helpful and polite. Property was very clean, efficient. With teenagers the Akhiabara is just one stop in train. They could go hangout themselves and enjoy arcade games. They helped us luggage storage service, they couldn’t hold all our luggage as they don’t have enough space for all. But they did hold 2 suitcases for us and had to pay for the rest while we explored Kyoto. We did booked rooms with them to come back to the same hotel. Kitchen was great use for us make tea in the mornings and quick rice and noodles cooking. Overall we are very happy with the hotel. 10/10.

As is typical in the Tokyo region, this hotel was super clean and very easy to locate. My only issue was the paper codes for the elevator and room. But I figured it out fairly fast. Room was a typical Japanese family apartment with bed for adults and tatami mats and sleeping area / table for eats on the other side. Modular bathrooms are my fav. I lived in Northern Honshu for 3 years and my house had a setup similar. This lodging would be great for a family traveling with young kids...But, it also worked out great for me as a solo!

We booked the Superior Family Room. The room was clean but the toilet design was crap. We really don't like the toilets where the sink to wash hands is right above the toilet (behind the seat) and only turns on when you flush. The location was pretty good. It's one stop from Akihabara and one station from Asakusa. It's a good base if you're focusing on that part of Tokyo. The primary reason for choosing this hotel was because it could accommodate 3 people at a good price point.

Excellent stay. 2 short blocks away from the Asakusabashi station that serves a JR line and a metro line. Right opposite a grocer that is open from 6am to 1am, which means cheap fresh food every day. Very important given that this is an apartment well equiped with a stove, rice cooker, pots/pans, microwave and toaster. Also meant cheap salmon and tuna sashimi every night. Lawson is on the same block, 7-11 just 2 streets away. Excellent izayaka / restaurant just outside the station. We were the only foreigners there whenever we went out for meals. Very big room for the money (stayed in the grand Japanese room), which has a sitting area which is converted to another bedroom for privacy. Two TVs, two air conditioners. Everyone is happy. Has an ofuro, with salt baths provided. Washing machine and free detergent. Nothing to fault. Will definitely stay here again.
