Location was very close to train station where you can connect to the whole city...very handy to have few convenient stores are just across the hotel too. Rooms are very small but its pretty common in tokyo due to high density.

This is a gem on the quieter side of town. We stayed here for a quick trip to the Disney parks. It is close to the train and bus stations where you can easily catch transportation in and out of Disney parks. We loved the market across the street and many convenience stores. It was pleasantly clean and a great home away from home. Thank you!

The Minn was located in a nice neighborhood with many restaurants, groceries stores and transportation nearby. The only challenges were checkin and contacting virtually the hotel for stuff like clean towels. I tried to contact the hotel several times prior to check in about luggage and difficulty doing pre-check in but received no responses. The lobby was small with multiple families trying to check in at once adding to stress. The hotel was further out than expected from the main attractions but other than that a great option.

The room was pretty clean, the toilet was also clean. The room was pretty comfortable for my family. The only down side is the coin dryer, I don’t know why every time I used it to dry my clothes, it always ended up sticking with crumps of dusts when I took them out of the dryer. Other than that everything else was good.

Modern spacious apartment, the biggest we’ve ever had in Tokyo. Excellent location with everything you need around. Short walk to kasai Station. The only problem is that they dont have enough storage space. we were there early around 10 am (before 3pm c/i time) and no space already.

Stayed here twice during a trip. Love love love Minn hotels. Roughly a 5 min. walk to Kasai station, close to convenience stores and right across a grocery store. Also roughly 6 min. walk away from the airport bus shuttle (Narita/Haneda) stop. Room itself was adequate - clean and had the basic amenities (minus dental kits & PJs that some other Japanese hotels provide. Got a room for 2 that would've fit 4 people which had enough wiggle room but would've cramped for 4. The hotel also offered luggage storage before and after check in which was convenient but your bags aren't watched 24/7. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Minor complaint would be how uncomfortable the pillows were but decent hotel for the price paid.

The hotel is really close to the station and lots of stores and restaurants are nearby. It has a very pleasing entrance area and even though the staff is not at the front desk, they are always nearby and can be reached via a tablet, and are very courteous and helpful. The room has a kitchen in the entrance, a dining area, beds, a toilet, a sink area and a shower/bath. The toilet being away from the bathroom was a bit awkward since you have to walk over to get to the sink, but overall, I have no complaints.
