The Mimaru Tokyo Station East was an excellent choice for our family of four. The staff was ver friendly and super helpful. The room was clean and spacious, Thia unit had a kitchen, bunkbeds, ans workjng AC. Less than a five minute walk to the Tokyo subway system. Nearby restaurants and nearby convenient stores.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and very helpful, I wish I remembered their names. The hotel was clean and the room had everything we needed, including a toaster and a rice cooker. Being further from the city center, the neighborhood seemed quieter and calmer.

We really enjoyed the 2 separate bedrooms after a long day of travel, and the separated dining area where early risers could hang out without waking others. Location was convenient, an easy walk to a Tokyo Station and a 7-11 on the first floor, which was great for early morning breakfast! We would definitely stay again.

We loved the mini kitchen and washer/ dryer in our suite. Probably wouldn’t pay extra for the City view next time since many buildings were blocking the view. About 20 minute flat walk from Tokyo Station and only minutes away from the subway. Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby and a few drugstores and markets. Peaceful escape from the other crazy overcrowded areas in Tokyo. Staff communicated well whenever I had any questions and the response was prompt. Definitely would recommend staying here again! Thanks, Mimaru!

Property was clean. Check in friendly. We had the 14th floor with two separate rooms and toilets, which was a plus with a family of 4. We had a full kitchen and also a washer/dryer. Only negative was the rooms were small and the beds were hard as a rock. Pillows also flattens out pretty fast. But, if you travel Asia much, most are very small. Highly recommend this place if you need two separate rooms and toilets.
