I had a wonderful time, especially since it was my 2nd time in tokyo. The beds are comfy, the room is very clean and they even offer you some little snacks as well as a robe for your stay! Highly recommended if you're staying in Ginza.

Would have given 5 stars for everything, except the room air conditioning could not be controlled by each room. We did purchase a fan from an electronic store to keep air circulation in the room and to keep it cooler. Otherwise, great hotel, staff and it would be smart to purchase the breakfast. It was fresh every morning and well stocked. We had a great location for metro, train station, ramen, 7-11 and sites to shop and see.

The room and bathroom were plenty big for two. All of the amenities were perfect, and even the laundry was nice and easy to use. The staff was amazing. We had an issue at JFK airport and weren't able to make our original reservation date. The staff was responsive and resolved the issue promptly. I don't have enough positive things to say about lyf.
