今回利用するのは2回目。駅近くで立地はすごくよい。 チェックイン方法は24時間前に連絡するとあり、指定された手続きを行なったがチェックイン予定時間が過ぎても連絡がなく、expedia経由で問い合わせて連絡が来た。他にも同じような宿泊者がいて、ホテルの玄関で立ち往生していた。システムのトラブルなのか運用がうまくいっていないように感じる。チェックインできずにあきらめて帰る人もいるのではないか。 前回も口コミに書いたが、エアコンのフィルターがホコリだらけでエアコンの効きが悪かった。前回とは別の部屋だったが、改善されていない。また風呂場でホコリを落とすと寒いぐらいに効くようになった。 洗濯機があり、洗面台の下に洗剤と柔軟剤も用意されていた。 建物は新しいが、その他細かいところで清掃が行き届いていない。 トイレットペーパーの替えが部屋に用意してなかったが、チャットで問い合わせしたらすぐに持って来てくれた。無言で。 インターホンが電源を切っているのか使えなかった。

チェックイン前に身分証の提出を求められたが、エクスペディア経由だとメールアドレスがマスクされて大変だった。ホテル側の対応は全て英語で、電話も国内ではない。 部屋ではエアコンから異音がして、全然効かなかった。自動清掃機能付きのエアコンだったが、フィルターに埃がびっしり詰まっていた。チェックインの翌朝に清掃の方に掃除機がないか声をかけたが、日本語分からないと言われ対応してもらえななかった。仕方なく風呂場で埃を払うと、驚くほど改善した。 洗濯機のフィルターも目詰まりしていた。 設備は新しいが、細かいところの清掃が行き届いていないように感じた。
ベッドは一人用としては広め
冷蔵庫は大きめ。皿と茶碗、箸はあったが、鍋、包丁等の調理器具はない。
歯ブラシは用意されていた。ドライヤーはDysonだった。風呂場にはボディソープ、コンディショナー、シャンプーが用意されていたが、ボディソープは泡立たなかった。中身コンディショナーと間違えてる？
