Perfect location for a good value stay in Tokyo. Absolutely everything within walking distance. However I was extremely disappointed that I was only notified on the day of my arrival that there was construction going on and that the breakfast service was not available. Otherwise an excellent stay.

Right in the heart of where I needed to be to get to the start gates for Tokyo Marathon. I was so pleased and happy to find laundry room in the hotel for me to use afterwards too!
