This hotel is undergoing renovations & I had a brand new renovated room. Everything inside was spotless & it even smelled new! The only thing I wish was that there would have been tea & coffee packets in the room. There was a kettle & cups already. The price was very good & the locations is good too.

Perfect location for a good value stay in Tokyo. Absolutely everything within walking distance. However I was extremely disappointed that I was only notified on the day of my arrival that there was construction going on and that the breakfast service was not available. Otherwise an excellent stay.

Recently renovated room, very functional and tidy. 10 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station West exit, many restaurants and shops, but far less crowded area than the East side. Very friendly hotel staff. Always-open convenience store at the ground floor, very useful.

Right in the heart of where I needed to be to get to the start gates for Tokyo Marathon. I was so pleased and happy to find laundry room in the hotel for me to use afterwards too! Staff is wonderful and so many places to shop and explore. So close to transit station too! Perfect location and awesome staff service.

Room was tiny but OK. View out the window this time was poor but not as bad as a previous room which looked directly into the blank wall of a neighboring building. Breakfast is very good but I wish it opened 30 minutes earlier. I come for business (university) several times a year and I would like to start earlier.

Friendly and extremely helpful staff at front desk. Breakfast buffet also had great food with a wide variety of Japanese style breakfast items. Only downside is having to go through Lawson to reach the elevator on ground level.
