Despite small but functional room, not bad value for central Tokyo and its location close to Central Station. Quiet with the window closed albeit aircon pretty poor but ok at this time of the year with the window open.might get hot in the summer. Lots of great little bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk.

Super clean hotel, helpful staff, convenient locker room to leave luggage, fresh breakfast, great sound insulation from the street noises. I slept well. Room is clean. As any other hotel in Japan, there is not much move around. It is located near to Tokyo station’s Yaesu South exit, and takes around 10mins walk to the station. Surrounding the area has convenient stores and if you walk 2 blocks, there is a street that has lots of restaurants. Though the room is facing the street, it is relatively quiet at night for light sleeper. There is breakfast available for around ¥1500.
