Great central stay that was close to the train station, restaurants and shopping. Hotel had amenities for an extended stay: toiletries, coin laundry, relaxing sky lounge with great views of the city. Con: hard beds and pillows.

The hotel was very nice and the view from our room was really pretty especially at night. The lobby was gorgeous. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. I liked having a separate shower and tub.

- Room was cleaned efficiently and amenities were 9/10 times remembered to be restored after usage. - Staff was overall nice, patient, and did their best to communicate with foreign travellers. - Location of the hotel is amazing as it allows for easy on-foot travel to essential stores, convenience stores, subway entrances, restaurants, and shopping departments.

Great location and overall great hotel with lots of amenities. Breakfast buffet was amazing. But rooms need updating. A 4.5 star hotel should not have shower curtains and old bathroom tiles.

Excellent property, very close to multiple subway lines. Rooms were clean. Breakfast had lot of variety but they could rotate a bit. Hotel is at nice area, lots of local dining options within minutes.

Good location for public transportation access. Breakfast option was worth it. Nearby food options. If room faces Gov building, then you can see show from room. Gov building across the street with free observation level that has beverages and gift shop.

Excellent hotel in quiet neighborhood near Shinjuku station. Station was just a short walk. Many great restaurants. We had 2 adjoining rooms for 4 people. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was awesome - favorite part was the heated toilet seat. Great service as well. Would definitely stay again

hotel was nice .... but the rooms were small. Also the gym is very small and not enough machines (considering number of guests). but the hotel was nice and conveniently located . lounge on 47th floor was nice (free drinks but snacks had to be purchased .).
