We loved our stay here. Staff were great and we found the location perfect. Try to book a room with access to Sky Plaza Ibasho - it’s a lounge area with incredible panoramic views from the 47th floor plus an area for the kids to play. Definitely made our trip!

The hotel is centrally located, walking down stance to many malls and the shinjuku train station. It is a big hotel with several restaurants.

Room was spacious and very clean. Staff cleaned regularly. Hotel was beautiful and staff helpful in providing local restaurant options. Loved location near metro and Keio Dept store and having 7 eleven in the hotel for quick snacks

Fabulous hotel close to Shinduku station. Beautiful room with spectacular views. We did not have breakfast as tours were way to early.... however there is a 24H 7-11 with great coffee and egg salad sandwiches. A definite 5 for a stay in Tokyo.

If you ever saw the movie “Pretty Woman,” outside of the massive floral arrangements, that’s pretty much Keio Plaza. Incredibly helpful staff, spacious rooms, and wonderful amenities. I will be back the next time I’m in Tokyo.

The check in was confusing due to language differences but that is ok. The room was enough for three and very clean and quiet. Breakfast cost hmmm. Ok but it would be great to have a coffee and toast option. The 7/11 onsite is great. The restaurants are too expensive for what they are. The bus transfer to Disney is excellent.

Great location , close to shopping areas and transportation . The hotel facilities are very clean and well kept. The staff are all very helpful and polite . Our room was cleaned daily and the amenities in the room were generous. We like staying in the premier rooms every time we stay in this hotel .
