Room was always spotless, they did an amazing job with the cleaning. Staff was excellent, room was spacious for Tokyo and the lounge access included with Premier Grand was a really great feature. Would highly recommend!

Really nice hotel with friendly staff and fairly large rooms. Can’t beat the location, so close to Shinjuku Station with a lot of local bars and restaurants within walking distance. With it being winter, the pool was closed and there is no onsen on-site.
