Very convenient location especially when the airport limousine is right there. It is close to the hussle and bustle of the Shinjuku restaurants and stores yet not as crowded but the restaurants downstairs are also great. The staff is very helpful. The room is very comfortable and spacious with good amenities.

This was our first trip to Tokyo and we stayed twice at the Keio Plaza Premier Grand. Our first 5 nights were in the Premier Grand Deluxe Twin and, after we returned from the Kyoto area we stayed in the Premier Grand Suite Twin for the remainder of our Japan stay. Both accommodations were perfect for our Father/Son trip. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The lounge access was key after a long day of sightseeing and the hotel services and restaurants are top notch. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my geriatric parents. The location was good and quiet for Shinjuku area. The staff were helpful. The room was spacious and felt open because of the huge windows that even with 3 beds, 3 adults and multiple luggages we don’t feel cramped. I def recommend this hotel and will stay here again.
