This is the third time I’ve stayed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Premier Grand and I had never disappointed me. The level of hospitality is unparalleled and the hotel, rooms, and amenities are first-class. Amazing hotel! Our room (5232) had a perfect view of the Tokyo Municipal building. At night we watched the light show from our window. The customer service and amenities provided were luxurious. Breakfast on the 45th floor had beautiful views of the city. There is a 7 Eleven on site which was very convenient. Location in Shinjuku was a perfect location and very walkable to the Shinjuku Station and many restaurants.

Superb hotel in Shinjuku Tokyo. Its location proved great for travel to all the attractions we wanted to see on our first time visit to Tokyo. Our Premier Grand room was a spacious, relaxing, and comfortable modern room. The service was excellent at all times. The Club Lounge was an oasis of calm, great for a coffee on return each afternoon from the hectic crowds of vibrant Shinjuku / Tokyo. Loved our meal at Tempura Shun restaurant. Highly recommended.

Staying in the Premier Grand meant a great breakfast buffet and wonderful evening happy hour with appetizers and drinks. Hotel is conveniently located to the train station and the Disney shuttle was great in the morning. Our only complaint would be the late night return from Disney which was already too late and then was delayed another hour!

Staff was so helpful and professional. The hotel is clean and beautiful. There were 3 places we could have breakfast which were all buffets with a variety of choices. Our room was on the 38th floor with beautiful views. We had bus service to and from the hotel to DisneySea and DisneyLand. There is a limousine bus that picks up at any of the airports and drops you off directly at the hotel. They also have an area that does tours from the hotel. There is also a 7/11 in the hotel !

I stayed Keio Plaza Tokyo Premier Hotel. The front desk staff were excellent. They treat us with courtesy and professionalism. After we checked in one staff lead us to our room and explained all the equipment in the room and hotel. Their specialty restaurants were also excellent. The hotel is very conveniently located and airport limousine bus also stop there. I would come back definitely on my next visit to Tokyo since hotel and staff gave us memorable experiences.
