Great location very close to Tokyo station. Highly recommend for families as rooms with 4 to 6 beds are hard to find. Value for price. Only negative is just no place to put luggage in the room and very little counter space in the sink area for toiletries. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Location was amazing. Easy walk to Tokyo Station making our train travel to Hakone less stressful. Also a few minutes from the Ginza line. Breakfast was fresh and snack during the evening was a bonus. Also drinks available until the late evening as well. Toiletries provided and shampoo and conditioner and soap was a nice quality. Clean pajamas were laid out every night. Staff was very helpful and incredibly nice.

The best feature of this hotel was its location!!! It’s literally across the station from Tokyo Station, which worked out excellent for our Narita Express train to the airport!!! It is algo great location for shopping and restaurants since Tokyo Station has a whole underground city!!! Space in the room was tight however it accommodated four adults comfortably!!! Staff was awesome and very helpful locating the baggage we shipped from Kyoto. They also provided umbrellas which came very handy for the Typhoon that hit us one of two days we stayed. I would recommend this hotel to any travelers that want a clean and convenient place near Tokyo Station!!!
