The comfort of the adjoining room is great for my family if 6… the 2nd floor lobby is perfect for gathering at snack time with all the amenities. The location is perfect from Tokyo train station with underground walking with shops and eateries nearly the entire way!!

The Karaksa Colors Hotel was a perfect fit for my family of 4. Location was perfect for quick access to Tokyo Station and local convenient stores. There is also a hidden gem next store called Shima Steak which serves some of the finest steak sandwiches you will ever have in Tokyo. Reservations are a must for this place. Over all I was happy with my stay and highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very close to the Tokyo station like 5 to 10 minutes walk the rooms were very clean and the property was in a great condition. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Also help me with luggage forwarding rooms. I cleaned every day and got new amenities every day.

Convenient location and very accommodating and helpful staff. They provide some nice extras such as simple but unlimited snacks and drinks available during our stay. Also at the reception floor also basic items such as hair ties, razors, etc. It was handy and nice to have on hand if needed. The hotel is kept nice and tidy. Staff was great, the location is easy if you need to be close to the train station, but we didn’t like any of the breakfast offerings and it didn’t have any character. We just much preferred our ABB stays and ryokan stays to enjoy more of the Japanese culture. This hotel was very western.

Besides the hotel being above and beyond any other .. for 6 people perfect adjoining rooms with 2 baths. A good 15 min walk from central exit straight to hotel as well an option from the station to walk underground filled with shops and eateries 5 min to on street level to hotel. (longer option but good when raining)
