Overall, the hotel is outstanding. It offers an excellent breakfast, and having a washer and dryer in the room is a real advantage. It's very close to Tokyo Station, making it extremely convenient for shopping and dining.

The room we had was basic, but had all the amenities you would expect from a hotel in Japan (toiletries, sleep wear, and slippers). The common area has complementary drinks and snacks which is nice. Sake is available with a fee, but the hotel provided a voucher debit card for a drink for each guest. Location is also convenient to the Shinkansen and subway stations.
