The hotel rooms are small, as all Japanese rooms are. We loved the quiet location, with easy access to buses and the Gray line. The hotel is blocks from the Tsukiji Fish Market, where we often visited for fresh sushi, strawberries, ice cream, mochi, and Tamagoyaki (Japanese Rolled Omelette). The hotel is a bit dated, but it has darts and ping pong for guests.
