I’ve stayed in this hotel a number of times for work meetings in the area. The hotel is very reasonably priced, rooms are clean and functional - not very pretty! Appears to have a “chapel” so popular with wedding ceremonies. Imperial palace and gardens walking distance nearby. Lots of inexpensive (student) eateries in the area.

Good location, clean , the staffs are nice. The breakfast is great and the restaurant has a good view. There are some space in the room and bathroom ,feel comfortable.

Very well maintained and wonderful amenities. Staff were polite, but not very helpful in a time of crisis. I lost my passport and the reception staff seemed completely uninvolved, didn't offer to help in any way (for example, to call the police station and report the loss, since I didn't speak Japanese). But the hotel itself was lovely.

There's a train station right outside the property, though it's a fair bit away from shopping and restaurants for walking. Room was clean, we ended up with more space than expected, and overall we had a very pleasant experience!

Very good hotel. Stayed 6 nights. Very quiet room. Short walk across the street to visit the Imperial Palace Gardens. Entrance to the metro is right next to hotel. My room had a fabulous view. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Old Japanese style hotel anc nog upgraded

Room service food was very poor. Dinner was served in a box. I put the box outside the room after finishing the meal. No staff took the box away and it stayed there till I check out. English communication is poor. Hot water is not hot enough for a hot bath in such a cold weather.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Cerca del Palacio Imperial (sólo cruzar la calle). Hay una estación del metro al salir del hotel y está la zona de restaurantes muy cerca de la estación Otemachi (5 min caminando) en donde hay una enorme cantidad de buenos restaurantes. El personal aunque no habla otros idiomas siempre se mostró atento y deseoso de ayudar en todo lo que podían. Los cuartos son muy pequeños, pero considerando que es un hotel para solamente dormir prácticamente está muy bien.
