Excellent location right next to the JR station, yet the room was surprisingly quiet. Plenty of shops are nearby, including Muji, Uniqlo, pharmacies, convenience stores, and supermarkets. The room was a decent size for Tokyo and perfect for couples. Housekeeping was excellent, and the hotel provided thoughtful amenities, including toothbrushes, skincare products, cotton pads, slippers, a Dyson hairdryer, and complimentary bottled water. The only downside is that the sink area is separated from the room by only a thin curtain, so privacy may be limited for friends travelling together. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay.

This was by far the best business hotel I have stayed in! Airport transfer was effortless as the hotel is conveniently located within the Gotanda station, and I literally just hopped out of the hotel lift and the train gate is only a few steps away! The hotels itself is pristine and spacious compared to a standard Japanese Biz hotel with bathroom and toilet placed separately, and plenty of space to stretch out. Complimentary breakfast was great with choices too and I have definitely utilised the free coffee machine at the lobby on nights I had to work till late..... Staff were incredibly helpful and thorough too and I felt very well taken care of. Another plus point for me is that the hotel lift also directly connects to a Uniqlo store so shopping was sorted too!

This was a fantastic hotel option for Tokyo, especially if you're interested in staying near the west side near Shinjuku and Shibuya. The room and bathroom was spacious. The hotel is connected to a mall and there are many places to eat and go shopping nearby. The hotel entrance is also connected to the JR line exit (easy if you have a stroller or luggage and need to take the elevator). Highly recommend and I will be coming back to this location for all future Tokyo travel.
