The staff were friendly and helpful. The shower had excellent pressure and instant hot water. I wish I could take home the toilet, it was so neat. The staff were extremely friendly and helped with anything requested. English OK. Amenities are in the front lobby easily accessable and available. Only negative is the terrible TP. Otherwise the accommodations were perfect and it was a refillable price. The surrounding area has plenty to do, a café across the street and konbini all around. Not to mention it's in the heart of Shibuya, which speaks for itself. Overall I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff!

The hotel is a lot nicer than their photos do them justice. The location is great, a short walk to Shibuya crossing and all other tourist spots like the pokemon center and don quijote. Also located above a subway station! The bed was very comfortable and the room was great. I would for sure stay here again.
