Fabulous hotel worth an incredibly helpful staff that answered multiple questions from a 1st visitor to Japan. The rooms were much bigger than I anticipated with many amenities in the lobby to use. Very close to the heart of Shibuya but still very quiet hotel. We're on our 3rd hotel around Japan and JR-EAST Shibuya had been a wonderful hotel for our trip!

Great hotel with extremely helpful staff which were so great with any queries we had. We used the washing machines here which were great as you can check on the tv in your room when your clothes are done. We did struggle with finding the hotel as our Google maps didn’t seem to get any signal in the train station, but once we worked out how to get to it without maps it was so close to the station it had a walkway that leads directly to it within about 2 minutes if that! It’s on the quieter side of Shibuya but right next to shibuya sky which was really nice as it was still easily walkable to the crossing and shops but without stepping out to chaos straight away. Added a sense of relaxation in such a chaotic area of the city. I think staying here especially on your first time in Tokyo is the perfect mix of being in a good location but not in craziness.
