I enjoyed staying this hotel very much. The view of the water front is outstanding! Breakfast was fantastic, too! Only thing that I do not understand is why there was not bed side lamp. I needed it when I was in the bed before going to sleep.

Felt luxurious but a bit stuffy without the perks of a high end hotel. It was definitely more of a business hotel feeling than one for a pleasure trip. More authentic Japanese options in the city which we preferred. The staff, however, was accommodating to our needs which we were thankful for. Overall a nice affordable pick for those who like a western hotel experience.

Amazing service with generosity and attention to details. Tasty breakfast for vegetarian though we hope to have more warm vegetarian food options. No complaints though cos everything we put on the plate is tasty.

I got free upgraded room with view. I enjoyed the beautiful view everyday. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. I definitely will come back again! Try their breakfast omelette! It’s superb!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful hotel! Staff is great and supportive. There were 2 waitresses in the restaurant that were not very attentive and we had to stand up and call them a couple of times as they would disappear. On the other hand there was a waiter that was super attentive and proactive. Very polite and helpful.
