What a fabulous hotel. Great location, amazing amount of restaurants right in the hotel, and one of the nicest club lounges we have had which is on 2 levels as well. The staff are incredible of course. Highly reccomend, and would definitely stay again.

Really great staff in the lounge took care of our family and helped us out with a room change. We had an amazing view of the Tokyo tower and loved our room. It was modern and upgraded.
