Staff were amazing. At minimum Japanese and English. The site was beautiful and my room was large. Very nice location and a stocked mini bar for purchase, free water, tea and coffee. Good internet. Every soap or bathroom product you could need. Robes but not pajamas. The only thing I wished for was a vending machine on one floor would have been nice. There is a beautiful pool, no public bath. Overall a wonderful stay. I would book again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful time. Hotel location is conveniently located, the surrounding area is very nice, and is a short walk from all the activities in Ginza. The hotel staff was one of the most courteous, helpful and professional that we have ever encountered. The hotel facilities are quite nice - perhaps a bit dated in style but clean, well maintained, and pretty luxurious. We used several of the hotel restaurants and they’re all good. Highly recommended!

You cannot hope for a better location and hotel quality. All personnel was incredible. High end restaurants and other amenities. I won’t go anywhere else on my next trip to Tokyo. Highly recommended.
